MiBo ThermoFlo uses a proprietary thermoelectric heat pump to deliver continuous, controlled emissive heat at 108°F to the outer eyelid surface. Combined with ultrasound gel, it gently massages and heats the meibomian glands, liquefying inspissated lipid secretions and restoring natural meibum flow.
